Kaylee and Ryan wanted their wedding to reflect their Southern roots and shared Faith in a gorgeous waterfront garden wedding in Tampa. Their soft color palette of blush, rose gold, and gold, was reflected in details like the flowy chiffon bridesmaid dresses, romantic loose flora, and vintage candlesticks on the tables.
Family is so important to both the bride and groom, so they wanted to honor them throughout the day. The bride shared an intimate first look with her dad before the ceremony, and there wasn't a dry eye to be found! They also displayed heirloom family wedding photos on their guest book table, and noted a special memory in their program for those who could not be present. The bride even carried a photo of her grandmother on her bouquet.
Before their ceremony, the bride and groom shared a 'first touch' and prayed together before they would walk down the aisle and see each other for the first time that day.
The aisle was lined with framed Bible verses, lanterns, and petals. The couple participated in a unity cross ceremony, symbolizing the joining of their lives, and they exchanged vows led by their long-time pastor.
A signature drink of refreshing sangria was created using homemade wine the couple made together, and guests sipped from custom stemless wine glasses as favors. Guests also enjoyed a Bruschetta Bar during the cocktail hour, as well as various games on the lawn.
Reception tables were strewn beneath the majestic Oak trees covered in lights and suspended lanterns. Each table was dressed with muted linens and curated centerpieces of lanterns, floral urns, and vintage candlesticks, accented with table number wine bottles for guests to pass around during dinner.
A stocked Cigar Bar entertained guests during the reception if they needed rest from the lively veranda dance floor. Towards the end of the evening, guests were treated to passed cookies and milk before sending off the couple through a pathway of bubbles and into their water taxi back to the honeymoon suite!
