Charity Polo Classic 2016

With an attendance of 900+, this unique fundraiser event featured live music entertainment, display cars, a VIP lounge, restaurant tasting tables, multiples bars with signature cocktails, a food truck and beer tap truck, sky divers, and a live polo match.  Erected entirely on an open lawn, production required multiple tents, tables, chairs, lounge furnishings, luxury portable restrooms, A/V equipment and speaker systems, staging, valet service, waste management service, and a crew of nearly 100 staff and volunteers.  Spanning a week-long production time from set up to tear down, and multiple fundraising facets including sponsorships, tickets and table sales, and a silent auction, this event raised money for the Childrens Cancer Center, Morgan Auto Helping Hand Fund, Big Brothers Big Sisters Tampa Bay, and Hands Across The Bay, courtesy of an all-volunteer board and committee.

Tuxes & Tails 2016

With an attendance of 1000+, this unique fundraiser event benefiting the Humane Society of Tampa Bay featured live music entertainment, a VIP lounge, four course meal, multiples bars with signature cocktails, live performances, runway show, and an After Party.  Set at the city of Tampa's Convention Center, production included professional stage performances and actors, audio visual and rigging, complete decor and design, valet service, and a crew of nearly 100 staff and volunteers.  Spanning a three-day production time from set up to tear down, and multiple fundraising facets including sponsorships, tickets and table sales, live auction, silent auction, and an Ask orchestrated by a resident Christie's auctioneer, this event raised money for the animals of the Humane Society of Tampa Bay.
