Charity Polo Classic 2019
With an attendance of 1000+, this unique fundraiser event featured a living champagne wall, live music entertainment, display cars, a VIP lounge, restaurant tasting tables, multiples bars with signature cocktails, a food truck and cocktail tap trucks, sky divers, and a live polo match. Erected entirely on an open lawn, production required multiple tents, tables, chairs, lounge furnishings, luxury portable restrooms, A/V equipment and speaker systems, staging, valet service, waste management service, and a crew of nearly 100 volunteers. Spanning a week-long production time from set up to tear down, and multiple fundraising facets including sponsorships, tickets and table sales, and a silent auction, this event raised money for the Childrens Cancer Center, Clothes to Kids, Big Brothers Big Sisters Tampa Bay, Humane Society of Tampa Bay, Jackson in Action, and Morgan Auto Helping Hand Fund, courtesy of an all-volunteer board and committee.

Tuxes & Tails 2019
With a SELL OUT attendance of 1000+, this unique fundraiser event benefiting the Humane Society of Tampa Bay featured a vibrant “Noche de Fiesta” theme incorporating colorful Mexican details with Day-of-the-Dead elements. The event featured live music from a mariachi band, a VIP lounge with tequila bar, four course meal, multiples bars with signature cocktails, live musical performances, runway show, and an After Party with DJ. Set at the city of Tampa's Convention Center, production included professional stage performances and actors, audio visual and rigging, complete decor and design, valet service, and a crew of nearly 100 staff and volunteers. Spanning a three-day production time from set up to tear down, and multiple fundraising facets including sponsorships, tickets and table sales, live auction, silent auction, and a special appeal, this event raised money for the animals of the Humane Society of Tampa Bay.
