What are your prices?
We do not have cookie-cutter pricing (and you will find that we don’t do anything “cookie cutter”!)  All of our planning packages and pricing is customized based on the client’s desires and needs, and can include as much or as little planning assistance as desired.  We offer everything from simply day-of coordination, to partial planning, to full service planning.  Our planning packages typically range from $2000 for our most basic day-of coordination f very small and simple weddings, to $6000+ for a lavish affair that requires full-service planning every step of the way.  From small events with modest budgets to large-scale events with luxury in mind, we tailor our services to best suit your needs.

How do I receive a custom planning proposal for my event?
Just give send us an email or complete our online contact form so we know you are interested.  Then we will send you some information about what we offer, and in turn ask for some information about you and your wedding vision.  Once we receive this information from you, we will create a custom planning proposal for your consideration.

What are your payment options?
We require a 40% deposit to secure your date on our calendar.  Your remaining balance is due 1 week before the event.  We accept cash, money order, personal check, cashier’s check, and bank transfers.

Why should I hire a wedding planner?
Hiring a wedding planner is probably the best decision you can make when planning your wedding.  If nothing else, we will provide you peace of mind on your wedding day so you may enjoy the event without worrying about the setup, timeline, vendors, and cleanup.  We also make the planning process efficient and enjoyable, while stretching your budget to get you the best prices and products.  We can also provide creative ideas for personal touches that will make your event uniquely yours.  We can be as involved or as uninvolved as you’d like us to be, whether you need help with just a few items, or want assistance planning from start to finish!

What if I don’t have a budget for a wedding planner?
Many people think you need a celebrity budget to afford a wedding planner, but that is simply not true!  Everyone has room in their budget for a wedding planner; from small and simple events to large and luxurious ones!  Oftentimes our clients save hundreds of dollars through our valuable referrals and resources, which will help pay for your planning investment.  We will crunch the numbers and help you manage your wedding budget so you can stay on track.

I’m a very DIY bride and love planning my wedding – do I still need a wedding planner?
We love the DIY brides because we can help provide some great ideas or just say “hand me that gluestick” and help with the programs!  And in the meantime, our referrals and resources can help get more ‘bang for your buck’ in the areas that you cannot always Do-It-Yourself, like delicious catering and gorgeous photography.  But if you want to create your own stationery, favors, accessories, and more, we encourage it!  We’ll give you ideas, show you techniques, and lend a helping hand where we can!

My relative/friend has volunteered to help plan my wedding – do I still need a wedding planner?
We have two answers for this question. 1) Unless your relative/friend is an event planner, they will not be able to get you all of the amazing products and deals that we could get you in this industry, so you really would be better off hiring a professional. 2) It would also be super sweet of you to allow your friend/relative to be a guest at your wedding and enjoy the day with you instead of running around trying to manage all of the moving parts.

My relative/friend has volunteered to DJ/ bake the cake/ take the pictures/ make the centerpieces to help save money – great idea, right?
This probably isn’t as great of an idea as you think.  Now, don’t get us wrong, if your relative/friend provides these services as a profession and they have experience, this is a wonderful gesture – please still consider letting them be a guest at your wedding instead of working on your special day.  But if your relative/friend does not have the experience or the professional reputation to provide these services, we strongly suggest you leave these things in the hands of trusted professionals who specialize in weddings.  Your event will then look stylish and unique, and your guests will enjoy being guests.  Furthermore, you don’t want to spend money on all of these other wonderful details, but all anyone remembers is the amateur DJ friend who screwed up the music, or the cake that looked like a hot mess!

Do you have preferred wedding vendors you work with?
Yes, we have a broad network of wedding professionals we work with often, however you are not limited to these vendors.  We are meeting new vendors all the time, and are open to working with any high-quality vendors in the area.  Many of the vendors we do work with often will provide special incentives or discounts for our brides, which will help stretch your wedding dollars.

Do you only plan weddings?
We have a true passion for weddings, and while most of the events we plan are weddings, we can plan any type of event!  Rehearsal Dinners, Post-Wedding Brunches, Bridal Showers, Baby Showers, Bachelor/Bachelorette Celebrations, Engagement Parties, Birthday Parties, Anniversary Parties, Class Reunions, Charity Functions, Corporate Functions, Holiday Parties, and more.

How many weddings do you have per weekend?
We are different from many other wedding planners in the area in that we only take on 1 client/event per weekend.  We devote ourselves entirely to that wedding so we will not be distracted about the event last night or the one coming up tomorrow.  You have our full attention!

Are you available to travel outside of Tampa?
We typically work within the Greater Tampa Bay area (or about a 1 hour drive of the Tampa area), which includes Lakeland, Brandon, Dade City, Clearwater, St. Petersburg, Sarasota, Bradenton, and the neighboring keys/islands.  We love to work outside of the Tampa area as well, be it within the state of Florida, outside the state of Florida, or outside the US.  We plan destination weddings often for our brides, and welcome the invitation to plan your wedding at the location of your choice.

Do you have experience with different religious and cultural weddings?
Yes!  We have experience coordinating many different religious wedding ceremonies (Buddhist, Catholic, Greek Orthodox, Jewish, and Christian to name a few) as well as incorporating many different cultural traditions (Mexican, Spanish, Puerto Rican, Peruvian, Australian, and more.)
